The patients were fine, the facility and the way we were treated made it feel more like a holding cell than a place to help with therapy and healing. This place should be shut down until there's a restructuring of how it operates.
This place treated me terrible, im disabled and they made me crawl on my knees for several days gave me a wheel chair then took it back after 2 days. My knees where bleeding and they wouldn't let anyone help me or threaten to move them to different unit and a nurse Shavona Wisely broke hippa rule and they didn't do anything about it
I got out of here a week ago and someone called my ex and they were not on an ROI. This is a HIPAA violation.
They actually cared about me and for the first time in a long time I don't get PTSD flashbacks. Yay Centerpointe
