When I was in center Point of Columbia hospital. November 13th to December 3rd. Dr.Matthew Snell and Ms Thomas gave me a 30 day Invega shot. Because i said I hate pedophiles. And they say im the problem. A week later they gave me a 90 day shot that should have been given on Day 29 30 of the 1st shot. Which the 90 day shot should have been out patient. Not in patient. I was sent here not to long ago and this is the worst place to go like there were some workers there that actually care about your health and others just wants the money and don't care, and don't get me started on the phone when your parent wants to know the plans of your health no one ever answers but I understand they don't have alot of people to work but I will not be coming back here i'm sorry
Did not have a good experience at this hospital. I traveled from Springfield, MO hoping this would be a quality facility as people I’ve known in the past has been admitted here. They are severely understaffed making it hard to meet the needs of the patients in a timely manner. The communication between team members was not great. I was told I’d be out a certain day, but the doctor had no idea what I was talking about. They gave me the wrong amount of medication even after I told them it was incorrect.
