Dr Ballard and his staff are very amazing and caring people. I have never liked a surgeon as much as him.
My uncle had an appointment at 2:45 so I got him there at 2:30 so forty-five minutes later we were still sitting in the waiting room. There were people who came after us that were called to go in. Now this one guy and his mom came after us were called before us and the reason I say that is he is the one that came out and then my uncle was called. Dr Ballard is the best surgeon that I trust completely. Not only a great surgeon but the nicest and best bedside manor. The office staff are great and keep everything moving smoothly.
