I’m so incredibly annoyed with Centerpoint right now. We had our spring maintenance through centerpoint energy last week and I was in the utility room just now, apparently the technician unplugged our chest freezer and never plugged it back in, I’m guessing he did this to plug his vacuum in to clean the dryer vent. Now everything needs to be thrown out. Hundreds of dollars worth of food wasted and I can’t seem to even get Centerpoint to answer the phone.
The worst company out there! If you can go with someone else do it! I would give it a zero if i could… but i will say the last few times i called them they call center people have been very kind. Billing is completely trash…
its a literal monopoly with terrible service
Horrible company that only has business because they have a monopoly on gas in the Twin Cities. They shut my gas off to change the meter and attempted to enter the house without explaining what was going on to my girlfriend who was home alone. Of course when I call them to get it reconnected I'm served a 4 hour window of service, 6pm - 10pm as if I don't have stuff to do after work and no option to expedite it for their poor service.
