I can't say enough good things about everyone at Centerpoint. I started coming here about a year ago. Turned out I need a lot of dental work and so did all three of my kids - we are here a Lot. I was kind of embarrassed that we needed so much work, but they didn't make us feel uncomfortable or embarrassed about it at all. We’re very happy to have found our new family dentist at Centerpoint Dental. Everyone there was so nice, and I immediately felt comfortable. The waiting room and exam rooms were very clean, and the whimsical decor made me smile and helped put me at ease. Dr. Christine was wonderful. She was very responsive, explained things clearly as she worked, and was sensitive to my needs and comfort. I felt respected, cared for, and relaxed throughout my visit. At Center Point Dental the staff is so friendly and helpful. The Hygienists, Assistants and Dentists do amazing work. They make sure there is no pain in any procedure.

Typically, I would not leave a bad review. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with Centerpoint before my first appointment even occurred. I scheduled and then was called twice to ask if I could move my appointment, including on the day of. When I asked to move my appointment to a different day, due to not being able to accommodate their request to adjust my appointment time on the day of the actual appointment, I was told I would receive a cancellation fee.
