It’s difficult to keep coming to appointments when you are having a continual battle with blood clots in my leg. So I told the counselor that I wouldn’t be able to come anymore. I still attended one more session after I let him know. The counseling sessions were fine and I enjoyed them. So to our surprise, all of a sudden we get charged a cancellation fee. Nothing was ever said about a cancellation fee, but that’s exactly what we got. $75.00 for what reason??? That might be pocket change for some people but not an older reti... read more
Tristan and Matthew were wonderful! I'm grateful for their help. They've helped me transition to other professionals and keep important medication as I've moved. If I'm ever back in Rexburg, I'll be coming back!
The front staff is polite. The therapist my daughter has seen Ambrya was a complete waste of time. Low skill set, low caliber of “therapy”. Cut a 50 minute session to 35 minutes because she ran out of things to ask. I want my money back not going to lie.
My family use Dr. jim Mccoy for help with medications and medical care. This is a patient, caring professional who will work with you at your pace. I cannot recommend him enough.
