Great Physio therapy
If there’s only negative rating, I would’ve already given it to this clinic. I ordered shoes, the lady said it will come in a week and she will give me a call when it arrives. She never called, I tried contacting the clinic 4 times I even left a voicemail but no one return my call. It happened twice. I told the lady about it and she just ignored me. Very friendly staff and knowledgeable doctors and technicians. Customer service is amazing as well. I highly recommend this place specifically to newcomer refugees as they accept refugee insurance.
I normally don't post any feedaback but this clinic has made me very disappointed. They are terrible with booking appointments for patients requiring laser treatment. The laser device is brought here randomly from another clinic and none of the staff know when the device is there. I went there once and they were literally looking for the device in any room and they finally rescheduled.
