Very difficult to get in touch w/scheduling. Sat on hold for over an hour, just to be disconnected!
I must say that I prefer Ms. Ganye who doesn't work there and Stacy has taken her spot. I've had nothing but issues since she's taken over. I got a call from a cancer Dr, and had never had any discussion with Stacy prior to the call. It definitely was a jolt to receive a call from an oncologist and you didn't know you had been referred. Stacy doesn't do a thing for me. She's constantly sending me elsewhere and sent me to behaviour health and that pa. Gave me the wrong meds because somehow pain is relieved by antidepressants.... read more
The staff there are thorough and listen and the NP Seitz was very nice and knew how to talk to me and my son
