Great holistic healing center
The best healing center by far!!
Went for a sound bath with my wife and it was very well done. Breathing exercises and a bit of guided meditation before and during the peaceful sounds of the music being performed. The live experience is certainly better than just listening to a meditation channel playing some signing bowls. If you want to zen out for a while and just let the stress of your normal life fade away... book some time.
