Not a pleasant experience. The appt. was made over the phone and I was asked a lot of questions, which was okay, but I was told to be there half hour before my appt. I guess so that I could answer all those questions again on paper at the appt. It was a waste of my time. I found people not too friendly and the dressing room not very user friendly either. The noise cancelling headphones were not very effective, never really heard the music, all I heard was the machine, and it was loud.
