In my opinion, it has been a nightmare to work with Kenny Tan from Centermac Realty Inc. We first met him at a "landlord seminar." In retrospect, it feels like the seminar was offered solely to fish for the contact info of potential sellers. After the seminar (and after getting our contact information), he bombarded us with calls during daytime work hours to "persuade" us to sell our property. I chose Centermac because I wanted to be a full-time agent. I enrolled in Kenny Tan's special program. This program not only allows me to get a head start in my real estate career, it allows me to pass my BRE exam on first attempt. I began my training to be a real estate agent the day I started my license course.
