Leo was wonderful to work with! He arrived ahead of schedule, explained the issues, offered solutions, and quickly finished the job. Very impressed with his knowledge about the units and grateful for the maintenance advice he gave. I recently had a heat pump installed by this company, and I had a great experience from start to finish. The team was professional, arrived on time, and did a clean, quality installation. They answered all of my questions and made sure everything was working properly before they left. I'm very happy with the new heat pump and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC services.
*** Update. Not only is much of the owners response just not true(but I won't get into that, it's beside the point) my husband tried reaching him by phone and email to take him up on his "offers" in his response, and we got completely ghosted, so I guess buyer beware and lesson learned. I really wish I wasn't writing this review. We have had pretty good experiences with Centerline up until this point, but this recent experience was enough to turn us off to ever returning.
