Not only is much of the owners response just not true(but I won't get into that, it's beside the point) my husband tried reaching him by phone and email to take him up on his "offers" in his response, and we got completely ghosted, so I guess buyer beware and lesson learned. I really wish I wasn't writing this review. We have had pretty good experiences with Centerline up until this point, but this recent experience was enough to turn us off to ever returning. We had 2 bathroom fans installed. The work itself was seemingly done alright, but the disrespect our house was shown, and the state which it was left in, was egregious.
