Fantastic experience with Centerline Mechanical! Our initial walk through with Mike was very informative and he presented multiple options to best suit our house. The installation team did a fantastic job and worked very quickly to get our system up and running fast. Kim made our lives so much easier handling the MassSave paperwork for us. 10/10 experience throughout, the whole team was very friendly and knowledgeable. We highly recommend!
*** Update. Not only is much of the owners response just not true(but I won't get into that, it's beside the point) my husband tried reaching him by phone and email to take him up on his "offers" in his response, and we got completely ghosted, so I guess buyer beware and lesson learned. I really wish I wasn't writing this review. We have had pretty good experiences with Centerline up until this point, but this recent experience was enough to turn us off to ever returning. We had a new heat pump installed and the team has been great. Mike was very professional and answered all the questions we had and Zach and the installation team were very considerate and we barely had any noise in the house. They even finished the works a day early. Thanks for a good service!
Michael, Joseph, Brendan, and all of the technicians at Centerline Mechanical who replaced and upgraded our new MiniSplits exceeded our expectations. Mike went above and beyond to explain the process and thoroughly answer all of our questions, the team worked efficiently during a heat wave to make sure we had a/c up and running on day 1, and Brendan kept us updated throughout the project and also made sure we understood how to best operate and maintain the system once it was completed.
