This fitness center is a great place to work out. The coaches are there for one on one and once you are ready you move to working out on your own. There is an app to track you progress and to know what exercises you will be doing. The coaches are there to help and assist but you are in control. Come by and give it a shot. Coach Chris and his team are amazing.
I’ve only been attending Centerline for a couple of months, but so far I’ve really enjoyed it. I've felt welcomed since the moment I walked in for my first kickboxing class. I love the small gym atmosphere and all the coaches I’ve worked with have been extremely helpful, fun and engaging. This gym has everything needed for your fitness journey. The atmosphere combined with the supportive coaches and community motivates everyone to push past personal limits. Regular progress check-ins and challenges have helped me achieve my goals.
