Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office? They were average Was this provider's staff friendly? Friendly Enough Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone. Does this provider remember you by name? No

Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office? They were average Did this therapist help you better understand your partners point of view? Sort of, but we both left a little unclear of what the other was trying to say Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Probably, I wasn't impressed Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would
