I scheduled an appointment with Catrena at this facility. When I show up, I cannot find the building so I call and speak with the receptionist, “Adasia”. She tells me I don’t have an appointment then laughs at me when I explain to her that I drove 15 miles to make my appointment. She was incredibly nasty, rude, unprofessional, and condescending.
