Based on my experience, Dr. Lisa Criswell proved to be judgmental, dishonest, and fundamentally unreliable. She maintained personal negative feelings toward me for months without disclosure, essentially charging for a "safe space" that was non-existent. Several unexplained and unauthorized charges to my Credit Card, and no information as to what they are. It looks to me as if they charge $20 every time I have an email exchange with them. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE.
