Several unexplained and unauthorized charges to my Credit Card, and no information as to what they are. It looks to me as if they charge $20 every time I have an email exchange with them. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE.
Terrible experience here. Unable to reach my provider during a manic episode. The call center refuses to send messages to my provider and advised me to call 911. I didn't need to go to the ER. I just needed to talk to my provider.
