A massage at Centered is more than just someone rubbing your sore muscles. It's an experience that encourages positive energy and healing vibes. I had a wonderful massage with Dakota today. He truly cares about the individual and how he can help them. I have gone to Centered/ The Massage Approach for a number of years. Massage therapists are amazing, pain management services are professional and therapeutic, the office is beautiful and relaxing. As soon as you enter the space, you feel the zen energy. They offer other services such as meditation groups as well, which I haven’t used yet, but hope to in the future. Well worth the visit.
Diana is amazing and everything at the center has helped me to center myself in ways I didn't think possible! highly recommend
This is the best experience ever! It is so relaxing. I have tried medication before and couldn't get into it.
