ambiance of "centered' is very relaxing. Staff is super friendly and attentive. Massage rooms are comfortable and spacious. Had a great massage as always, no matter who I have as a therapist!
I've been going to this acupuncture business for almost 2 months- Krystal is the BEST!! She tries new techniques which I've nevwr heard of before- yet they're effective. Please ask for Krystal, you won't be disappointed!! Also Mike, who is wonderful with the acupuncture. Love them both!! Great place ,it feels like a high end spa - you don’t even feel as if you are there for medical purposes . My masseur is great , he adjust to my pressure levels accordingly . Place is amazing , everyone is professional , the atmosphere is spa atmosphere. I’m really happy the VA sent me there for treatment. Also they have great little snacks lol lol that was a plus .
Today was my first day going to Centered by the Massage Approach - I used Michelle. Michelle listened to my concerns and thoroughly focused on my trouble spots. She was able to identify that my left side is much tighter and made sure to spend more time there, which I appreciated!! When she adjusted her pressure, she always asked if it was good, and adjusted accordingly. I will definitely be back and I’ll continue to see Michelle.
