I have been seeing Adam for the last few months now- we went from one session a week to two sessions per month. I have a lot of trauma, negative behavior patterns, severe anxiety, etc. since seeing him myself and my peers have noticed a drastic change in me, positively of course. I visited Adam several times to get help dealing with anxiety issues. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining how emotions/feelings are formed early on which was useful as we dug in to see how the anxiety could be addressed. This was the first time I've undergone hypnotherapy. Overall, it was a positive experience and do feel like it helped me to change my perspective and better deal with challenges that caused anxiety. I'd recommend Adam and his services to anyone!
Adam is a very kind, respectful and intelligent hypnotherapist. He took the time to truly understand the root of my concerns, as well as digging deeper to determine what, how, and why things happened the way they did.
