Kimberly in that office is unprofessional!! She hung up on me and would not answer the phone again. She told me she put MY information on a STICKY NOTE, and when I asked if that was the proper procedure, Kimberly wouldnt assist further and I was hung up on. You should not have people like that working at an establishment where people are trying to better their health or seek help. I called the same number, over 6 times and she will not pick up. I'd like to start off by saying this review has absolutely no bearing on my provider. I've been seeing Kristelle for a few years now, and she has been an amazing psychiatrist. She listens to my needs, and shows compassion, empathy, and willingness to work with me to find the best medication solutions. She is a top notch provider, and has more than earned a 5-star review from me. The Centered Counseling main office, however, is a NIGHTMARE.
