I love Brian he is the best! He listens and cares. He is very busy but I dont mind him being behind.
Kimberly in that office is unprofessional!! She hung up on me and would not answer the phone again. She told me she put MY information on a STICKY NOTE, and when I asked if that was the proper procedure, Kimberly wouldnt assist further and I was hung up on. You should not have people like that working at an establishment where people are trying to better their health or seek help. I called the same number, over 6 times and she will not pick up.
