dont go here if you want care. I went in with a fever after coughing all night no sleep. The dr didnt listen to my concerns or symptoms and even came in without knowing what test they had already done. She refused to give me antibiotics instead perscribeing a rescue inhaler and steroids for a uri/sinus infection. on top of the fact they will not send you a bill or give you a copy of any charges to your "account". If you are sick go to pacs in ladysmith
We had the best urgent care experience today at CenterCare. Both the nurse and provider, William Carr, were incredibly thorough, kind and patient with my son. The provider truly listened to my concerns and I felt very validated with these concerns. Honestly, if I could give this more stars, I would. This was hands-down the best urgent care experience we’ve ever had and with 3 kids, we’ve had our fair share of visits. They even called me after we left to provide further information.
