Diagnosed a broken arm as a "sprained wrist" and only recommended Tylenol, not even a wrap or ice. So glad I took her to get a second opinion. She's now in a cast for 3 weeks.

Bad experience. Went in with a bad cough, difficulty breathing, and a very hoarse voice. The doctor came in without introducing himself, suggested a treatment that only lasts 15 mins tops and said I could leave when I'm done. Well, nobody came in to check on me at all and I sat there doing the treatment for an hour... I finally had enough and I said something to the medical assistant who then spoke to the doctor.
