Prejudice service if you want to even call it a service. The provider did not do a proper assessment, dismissed symptoms, and was extremely unprofessional toward our family. She claimed we never showed his medical records, even though we did, and put her hand in my face when I calmly asked questions. Diagnosed a broken arm as a "sprained wrist" and only recommended Tylenol, not even a wrap or ice. So glad I took her to get a second opinion. She's now in a cast for 3 weeks.

Bad experience. Went in with a bad cough, difficulty breathing, and a very hoarse voice. The doctor came in without introducing himself, suggested a treatment that only lasts 15 mins tops and said I could leave when I'm done. Well, nobody came in to check on me at all and I sat there doing the treatment for an hour... I finally had enough and I said something to the medical assistant who then spoke to the doctor.
