I came with my daughter and no one ever came out! I waited for like 10 mins and even shouted “hello? Anyone there?” Like 3 times, I even called 3 times and was hearing the phone ring and no one came out. I went at 5:30 and they closed at 6pm honestly the most unprofessional place ever.
would not recommend, went in because I was sick for a week and a half at that point. they told me it was viral even though they hardly looked at me or listened to me. few days later i went to the urgent care in warrenton and they had to prescribe me antibiotics for a double ear infection and a sinus infection.. thank goodness for warrenton.
I honestly don’t have the time or patience to write down my experience.. all I can say is that in 10/16/26 at 4:15 pm a nurse practitioner was so unprofessional and rude with me I’m done with that practice. She wouldn’t even give me her name so I can’t even report it.. I put a call in for the manager but as life goes I’ll probably never hear back from anyone..
Mediocre health care facility. I went there while traveling on business for a sinus infection ( I have had many over my 61 years), so I know what the issue is, and know I needed antibiotics to remedy the problem. I was told that I had not had the issue long enough and to take OTC meds. If not better in 5 days, then be seen again. Give me a break!!! Maybe the level of concern and care is the reason their waiting room was completely empty at 10:00 am, two hours after they opened. Update: I got in to see my PCP when I got home ... read more
