Great place. The staff treats the residents like family. Always here to listen and to make it an enjoyable stay as much as possible.
This is a Saber healthcare building, do not put anyone you care about in this building! Saber is only interested in your money! This building is falling down and is full of mold! The administrator is a liar and the DON is worthless!
My son has been at Centerburg Respiratory and Specialty Rehab for almost a year. He needs 24/7 care. This is his home now and I can't say enough good things about the nurses and the care he gets. I feel completely at ease as far as his care and his mental state are concerned. They are also great at contacting me when needed. The building is clean and well taken care of. Thank you!
My husband loves being at Centerburg, even during the pandemic with COVID around in our world, they have taken such great care of him in the last 3 1/2 months & he actually doesn’t want to have to leave them, many of them are his friends now & I gave the facility a very high rating because I really appreciate them !!!
