I am a current tenant in Jacksonville,FL 32208. Centerbeam is by far the worst company I have personally dealt with as well as the owners of my rental property. I've been renting since 2019 and recently (Dec 1st 2022) an inspection was done and mold was found in my laundry room and closet due to a leak with the ac unit. Dec. 2nd 2022 a letter was posted on my home from Centerbeam that I have until Dec 9th to vacate the property due to the hazardous mold. Kudos to you CB and Amanda !! For the subcontractors you hired that STOLE my things... I hope they enjoy the Ornaments that hold my grandchildrens Daddy's ashes.. You know I left you a message because you corrected me on the date that I left it... All the memories gone .. I never would have let that happened and lose my treasures.. All the top dollar totes as well .. Enjoy your holidays and think of my grandchildren without their Ornaments this year to hang on their tree..
