2 months in a row that they have debited double car note payments. Last month I was assured the issue was fixed (I changed accounts- one does not carry cash in it)- but once again my account is overdrawn on a friday at 6:30 pm so no way to contact anyone until Monday morning. Disappointed to say the least.
Very professional and speed of service's are always prompt.
I work with Nici and she has been great! I reccomend her as often as possible
Went to the Beechmont location to cash a check written to me by one of their customers and gave her my driver's license...We need to call the customer to verify,okay...They called the customer, asked him a ton of security questions and then said okay, sorry for bothering you...Then said, I'm going to need your social security number...I don't think so...You guys are a hassle, I'm going to my bank...Thanks for the terrible experience 👎👎👎
