All of the staff is very friendly and professional. I personally see Dr. Wagoner and receive excellent treatment. He is always happy to take all the time needed to answer my questions. They have a beautiful facility with state of art equipment, and highly trained staff throughout. Stacey continues to be great at her job helping me pick out new frames too! I loved the environment and their glasses selection. But! When checking out, from basic eye exam, they tried charging me 150ish$ before I could leave... I was very pregnant, and had a toddler with me. I had to call my insurance company with them standing right there. My insurance company didn’t know why they were charging me considering I get 1 free eye exam a year.
