The new office work is very lazy, rud, if you request simple as maintenance they won't even put a work order. When you call them, they will tell you we will call you back and never do. The elevator hasn't been working for a couple of months. They said the equipment would arrive in three weeks, and it would take one week to fix it, which was Lia, and on top of that, the building is very dirty.
