Excellent place to do business. I've purchased a sewing machine, vacuum and serger from them and they stand behind their products and give you excellent service and assistance after the purchase too. I can't say enough good about this business, the owner and her excellent staff!!
Best group of people in town. I have been doing business there for many years. It was sad to see Bobbi go, but Ginny has done a stellar job with her new venture. Darren, as always, is my go to guy for anything that needs repaired on my machines. Unfortunately for him, Baby Lock rarely has anything go wrong other than "pilot error." �

So a week ago we took in our vacuum to get fixed. The hose had no suction to it. Well we finally got the vacuum back yesterday and after paying $54 we brought it home and vacuumed. To much of our surprise they did not fix the hose! My boyfriend takes the hose off and wasn't able to see thru it. He found something long enough and skinny enough to clear what was blocking it. And now it works perfectly. So happy we paid $54 for them to clean the vacuum and not fix it.
