Range is great, staff is great. Had a horrible experience buying a silencer from them, really felt as though they hung me out to dry. This shop shipped the item to a dealer out of silencer shops network after confirming with me that they would complete my form four for me no problem. The staff who processed my request was suprised the shop they sent it to didnt have a kiosk or process to even work with silencershop. I bought an item online from these guys. Wes was great and went out of his way to help me get everything sorted out and to address several technical issues that cropped up.

Bought a tisas 1911 online and it was not functioning correctly brand new. I returned it for warranty work shortly after. Tisas sent it back saying it was fixed although it still was not working properly. I tried getting tisas to get me a shipping label to return again after having a professional look at it to determine that it was defective.
