First visit was a great experience very welcoming.
This dentist office refused to give my family their balance at every visit. Told them not to worry about it, it'd be mailed to them. Then when they were trying to make an appointment, they were told that they were no longer welcomed and their accounts were in collection. The agency has not returned phone calls and their credit reports do not reflect an amount owed. Furthermore, Anthem submitted payments to them and the payments were returned.
