First appointment. Asked questions I could have answered online. One month later second appointment. All appointments are a month apart because the doctor is only available one Monday per month. Given sleep test equipment. Was gone before the actual time of my appointment. Card inside the box explained how to use test equipment. Had a small 2 hour window to return the equipment the next day. Don't know why there are so many 1 star reviews, I've been coming here for a yr almost 2, and have never had a bad experience. The dr.was nice and really cared about my issues, i got my CPAP machine fast through my imsurance, and now i wake up with no headaches, and not fatigued by 2-3 in the afternoon. I'm getting the best sleep I've ever gotten now. And I'm extremely grateful.
Terrible service.
Highly frustrating customer care. Called left message to return twice then on third call operator seemed confused and gave incomplete answers. Not sure I want to continue using this clinic. Doesn’t live up to the standards I have received in other Miami Valley clinics.
