The secretary insists that the only time you can turn in equipment at the Troy office is between 8 and 10. She argued with me about it. Paper says 8 to 4. Actual sleep study office says 6 - 10. She wrote down the general address of the sleep study office but nothing about what building or suite number. She lied to me blatantly several times. ****listen to me on this one: find another place to get help. I'm not kidding, this is not an "ever place has a bad review or two" this place disappointed at nearly every point they could have and since the doctors work such limited hours it will take 3 months for you to find out. I went in for sleep apnea, which my family has been asking me to do for a LONG time. First appointment. Asked questions I could have answered online. One month later second appointment. All appointments are a month apart because the doctor is only available one Monday per month. Given sleep test equipment. Was gone before the actual time of my appointment. Card inside the box explained how to use test equipment. Had a small 2 hour window to return the equipment the next day.
