The front desk and reception staff can be unpleasant and rude at times. There are some good doctors here though
Always good when I have an appointment sent here they are always helpful even when I take my three kids
I feel like I’m the one having to remind the doctor to get back to me. I called for a reason and was told they couldn’t do anything until they got my labs but it’s been a week and a half later. I haven’t heard a thing. Overall I feel like the place is very unprofessional and disorganized. I’m disappointed. I understand being busy but if you have to keep notes do so. It gives off forgetful which isn’t cool when it comes to medical concerns or problems.
I've tried for weeks to be seen to no avail. Every time I have an appointment scheduled, it is canceled with very little notice. They've wasted so much of my time and have delayed my ability to get medical care. Do not waste your time here.
