Lived here for a year. DO NOT DO IT. Everything went wrong from day one and now they are scamming me out of my deposit for a "cleaning fee" that didn't get used to clean ANY of my apartment. I moved in with a friend to an apartment with two brothers that had lived there at least a year before. The state of the apartment was disgusting to say the least. The best experience that I have had living here was the excellent management regarding Drew Knudsen. His professionalism was of the highest standard while at the same time making you feel like that old friend in high school who helped you with difficult math equations. My experiences with Sam Berry were also most impressive. They are the Yin and yang, the Goku and Vegeta, the Han solo and chewy, the Maverick and Goose of resident assistance.
Rooms are simple but nice, got a great deal on rent prices for almost 2 years.
There have been multiple plumbing and water issues. Management is slow to respond and didn’t acknowledge or remediate the inconvenience.
I honestly have been pretty patient, but there’s been one problem right after the other, first I move in and it’s evident cleaning checks haven’t been done in a long time or that they don’t actually make sure the apartments are clean, then when they come to deep clean the apartment they don’t give any notice and I got walked in on changing and in the bathroom as I wasn’t expecting it, then after that they replaced the much needed shower and what was supposed to be a day or two took a over a month to finish the whole project,... read more
