Nice apartments
The leasing manager takes forever and a day to email you back whenever you have a concern. Most times you have to contact her again to get a response. The only time when they show any sense of urgency at all is if and when money is involved. The leasing manager could give a crap less about prospective tenants. When we first looked at the apartment that was on display, she was too busy on her phone to answer any questions we had. We spent over a $1000 OF OUR OWN MONEY fixing the kitchen faucet and toilets. I lived at Center Pointe from 20 06-2023. In that time i could never get my apartment painted or carpet replaced, which was not replaced before i moved in. For the $ that I paid in rent that's inexcusable. Additionally, $85 was deducted from my security.deposit reimbursement for not having the trashy 20 year old carpet cleaned. It will be replaced now along with fresh paint. Nicole has been very helpful, but i can't say as much for rest of this organization.
