Wow dont know what office you went to but I was so impressed with this office after my first visit I have referred several people to them. They have all come back raving about the Dr and his staff. This is the friendliest office I have ever been to as soon as you-walk in it feels like home. Might be a little out dated to some but me and my family and friends love it. TERRIBLE customer service! When I went in as a new patient for my appt, no one greeted me at the front desk, they just went about their business. I had to ask for the new patient forms to fill out. The front desk person couldn't figure out my insurance, which I later checked on and everything was completely in order so I don't know what the problem was, but it sure was an expensive mistake on their part.
