First off the doctor I met for my appointment was great. No fault to the doctor. On the other hand. When I called and had to change my appointment for a colonoscopy the woman that answered the phone was extremely rude and made it seem like I was such an inconvenience. I think her name was Stephanie. Don’t really remember but she sounded young. Absolutely rude office staff, will literally look you in the eyes and ignore you. Then when they finally address you they give the impression that you’re bothering them or something. The dr’s aren’t much better themselves, either. A few times the office has been dirty, bed was dirty, room was extremely dusty. Just unpleasant overall. Wouldn’t go back at all.
Absolutely the most RUDE office staff! They should be embarrassed by the way the person that handles insurance speaks to patients (Ms. Bonnie). Was on a 3 way call with my insurance and Ms Bonnie - and even the insurance agent was apologizing for the way I was spoken to by this woman. If I could give zero stars, I would.
