Today, I had an incredible appointment. I booked a massage at a place in Grayslake called the Center of Serenity with Dina Becker Massage Therapy & Esthetics owner. I will tell you this, IT WAS THE MOST INCREDIBLE thing I could have done in the form of self care for myself. Many people say it is not a need, I am here to attest that it most certainly is.
