Absolutely the worst place I've ever had to deal with for mental health. Somebody who wasn't even me called in and canceled my appointment. Then they try to set up a second appointment with me and I told him I did not want to set it up and they set it up anyway. Then I called them to clear all this up now I will admit and I will apologize for this I did curse at the lady who picked up the phone but at that point this is the third issue I've had with them. Over a year now since I went their. Gershin was great for IOP. To bad he has moved on though. Lisa runs the evening OP + does a great job. I am glad I went through their program. Front desk staff was helpful also. Bill T.
