One of the worst experiences ever dealing with any organization. My wife's Psychiatrist left his practice & recommended them. They turned her down with no reason. I called back 2 weeks later to try again & spent a half hour on the phone giving all info to someone there & received 2 appointments. One with a APRN & one with a Psychiatrist. A half hour later someone called & cancelled everything. Still no reason. My wife needs medication & help. No help here Tony Caso
Avoid! They fraudulently overbilled me and their providers are either unlicensed, incompetent, or both. Take your business elsewhere, you've been warned!
From Shelby at the front desk who always graciously helps me with making appts and dealing with insurance, as well as Eduardo LaRosa changing dosages on my medications and giving me advice on how to get the most amount of benefits from my prescriptions, and Dr. Ileana Bascuas giving me critical life advice to help my growth and to help make my mind be a better place to live.
