Staff very rude. The gentleman doing my MRI left the room during the process, which you are never suppose to do according to my physician. Cat scan was done wrong and had to drive 90 miles to get it done again. Asked for copies of everything and got home with only a copy of cat scan. When called to ask for copy of MRI, receptionist said she would leave a note but she could not guarantee it. I worked in the health field and this is totally unacceptable.
