I found out the hard way that they will later charge you $48 for your "first free consultation office visit".
They cancelled my appointment because they couldn't contact me by phone the day before the appointment. And I showed up for the appointment for nothing as if my time doesn't matter at all. They used to text me for confirmation, but they stopped all of sudden without notification. I asked them to send me email instead but they sometimes forgot. Also, instead of sending email for payment information, they keep sending physical mails even after I requested against it.
