This was my assigned dental provider thru my Kaiser Health plan. My 8 year old daughter is having a dental emergency and I tried calling , emailing, and requesting an appointment through their website over the course of 3 days and received no response. I have no idea how this place manages to stay in business when they do not ever answer calls. Now I am going to a place that does not accept my insurance as a cash pay customer. Not a great option for parents living in an expensive city.

This office is extremely unresponsive. I am leaving a bad review after poor customer service for several years and now 2 weeks of complete non-responsiveness after multiple emails and voicemails. Appointments need to be made 6 months in advance and no chance of changing it without waiting another 6 months. Do not recommend!

I had scheduled my appointment back in March for June. No other place was accepting my insurance. I never received a confirmation leading up to my appointment, and I showed up to learn that they had me rescheduled for July without notifying me. The receptionist was out and they had a hygienist handling the front desk. Simply cancelled everything altogether if they will change dates without reaching their patients.

Horrible service. I called with a true dental emergency and they wouldn’t see me or give me a referral which would allow me to see anyone else. I spoke directly to the dentist too. Avoid this office at all costs.

Dr. Tessic is a good dentist. Gentle, explains thoroughly, works efficiently. Offices appear clean and attractive. But the communication from that business is awful. They set up a texting system for appointment reminders. It is still functioning even though their offices are closed. Many dentists have reopened so I trusted their system and traveled across town because of a reminder. Office was locked. When I called the man said , oh no, we're not open yet.
