Do not go to either of Dr. Al Majdalani, Mouhannad's offices under any circumstances, even for basic general dentistry.
First time here, probably won't be back. Very rude intake assistant. She kept berating me how it was my fault to have missed a call from their office. Honestly felt like she didn't want my business at all. She was mad I was interrupting her "work time". The DMV ladies are nicer than her. Don’t know why she was so rude. You should probably hire a different front desk person if you’re front desk doesn’t like people.
It’s not good service and iam very tired for getting service
This was my assigned dental provider thru my Kaiser Health plan. My 8 year old daughter is having a dental emergency and I tried calling , emailing, and requesting an appointment through their website over the course of 3 days and received no response. I have no idea how this place manages to stay in business when they do not ever answer calls. Now I am going to a place that does not accept my insurance as a cash pay customer. Not a great option for parents living in an expensive city.
