I am a tenant of the Buckingham Office Park and have been since February of 2012. This entire property, including the buildings (inside and out) and the parking lot, is simply an unmitigated disaster. It continues to fall into disrepair and the owner routinely disregards any notice of problems that I have personally brought to their attention over several years. I called Randle to discuss issues with one of the properties he manages, a parking lot of a Kroger. A pot hole in the middle of the road popped a tire and damaged my rim because it was bad. Instead of listening to me , he stated I should’ve driven around the pot hole, although it was in the middle of the road and not visible because of rain, and that I need to live in reality. I have reported them to the BBB.
