Got an appointment quickly and the doctor was nice and thorough. I had never tried the brand of contacts he prescribed for me but it was a trial pair. I noticed they were quite a bit flimsier than my previous ones. A few days into wearing them (I take them out at night) one got stuck in my eye. I got it out the next morning, called to try a different kind and the gal said he would review and get back to me. That was on a Wednesday. It is now the following Tuesday and they haven't called. I was very pleased with the care and consideration which I received.
Dr. Cramer was very nice to work with. He was patient and made sure my vision will improve with my new glasses. The staff out front were really nice and helpful. I highly recommend them and will continue going there in the future.
