I definitely don't like them don't listen very unorganized not on time don't come with supplies and not good company or nurses
Occupational therapists come and go as they please don’t even bother to say if they’re going to come back or not . Completely rude and inconsiderate
This Does not follow through on anything. Makes promises that are false. No nurses being sent home to visit my gravely Ill father. No aides provided when returned from hospital. NO PROTOCOL!!!!!!!! Lack of COMMUNICATION ! When aides call off no one relays it to us and no one else fills in. This company needs to get there act together . We need consistent help. People lives depend on this help. This is absolute WORST agency EVER. They send the home attendants whenever they want to or not at ALL. You can call 10 times with a schedule and they will just ignore it if someone comes at ALL. Iv had to take my 85 yr old dementia suffering father to work with me because they didn’t show up OR call. They have the rudest people answering the phone and they are NO help at all and make it seem like you should be happy to get whatever service they give you rather than acknowledge they are supposed to help you AND that not only ... read more
I wouldn't even give this place half a star. First day to start and no show, no call. No one even answers any phones!
