Came in to grab a part that I needed for one of my investment properties in Asheboro, when I came in I was asked in a rude way by the older gentleman at the counter what I was there for, I was immediately disrespected for not wearing a company uniform and not look familiar to them. Saw a comment similar to my experience so I’m putting mine out there. I was not able to catch the name of the employee but he was very dismissive and would not allow me to speak in regards to what I was looking for. He did not have any customer service or customer communication skills. I build homes for a living and I would never go back to this place for anything and would not recommend it to my clients.
Refuses to sell to the public. I need a capacitor to fix my AC unit and they refuse to sell me the part but will charge me more to fix it themselves. I just need a capacitor
