I've found my community. About a year after moving to the area from out-of-state I knew I needed to get started with getting my body moving again after having my 2 kids but felt stuck. I have been coming for a over a year now and can't say enough how much I love it. The work out is different each day. I work different muscles and am challenged each workout. They have modifications if thats what you need. They are so supportive. And I love that it is a full body workout yet quick. ****Here I am with year 2 under by belt of CGFBBC! I love FBBC! The work outs and coaches are amazing! No matter what level of difficulty you are at or starting from zero, never walking into a gym, there is a move or modification for everyone. The positive atmosphere is so motivating and sets my tone for the day! I love my fit family!
