Followed up here after spending five days in Pottstown Hospital for a burn and open wound. Literally had to spend more than two days calling every half hour to find out why my prescription wasn’t called in to the pharmacy. Secretary/receptionist would say she would call me back and never did. I don’t enjoy lies or incompetency. The continuation of care was completely lacking. Went to the Wound Clinc this morning 6/18/2020, totally not impressed. Dr Monteiro is a poor excuse for a bedside manor doctor. Have a small wound woun, but will not be going back. This man was very pushy and opionated.
