Been going to wound care here at lakewood ranch since November of 2023,treating a wound from my surgery couldn't be any happier and pleased with the staff and my Dr Vivian Torres.They make you feel comfortable and take there time at every visit and answer any questions we might have. Would highly recommend lakewood ranch wound care and Venas vascular specialists.
Been going there since September. Was called today about 1/2 hour before my appointment today and told that my appointment was cancelled because they couldn’t get a referral. They seemed ok at first, the front desk person and the nurses are kind. Not happy with Heather Dunn. She sent me for unnecessary tests. I have a severe knee injury with non healing wounds and she kept trying different things to no avail. Is cold and clinical. Told me that my leg would never look normal. I'm a diabetic and stock freight overnight and have had 2 injuries on my hands which take a long time to heal but having this office to go to when I need help when I've injured my hands is very reasurring. The whole group makes you feel welcome and they all get you back on your feet quickly !!
