I have been coming to this wound clinic for over 5 years now for numerous various issues. The staff takes the time to listen to you as to what is going. They include you in the decision making process about your treatment, explaining what they want to do and why. If you have concerns, they listen and take them into consideration when treating. I would recommend them for your wound care needs.
My husband's appointment was at 11 and he got in at 11: 55. Meanwhe while I waited for him, an older gentlemen was left standing at the window for 15 min. I knocked on the OT window and she said she would find someone. Finally 5 min later I called the wound clinic and 3 min after that two women showed up to the window. Poor patient service.
